Cooking on a Saturday Night.



Yesterday, as part of my CAS plan, I did some cooking and I thought I should share that experience in this post. My favorite thing to cook are the desserts but I've decided to move away from that and to cook a main course for all of my family - the Vegetarian Lasagna with Spinach and Ricotta Cheese.
Down below you can see three stages of preparation and moi with the final dish.
I know the result doesn't look particularly attractive. That is because I added too much Béchamel sauce - there is always room for improvement, isn't there?
Nevertheless, my family loved the dish and I will definitely be preparing it again (except with less Béchamel).

During that activity the following CAS outcomes were targeted:
- developing new skills
- increasing awareness of strengths and area for growth
- undertaking new challenges
